Weird Al Yankovics Perform This Way (Video)

Weird Al Yankovic has released his homage to Lady Gaga’s song, Born This Way! The new parody is called Perform This Way and prior to being released, it had a bit of controversy surrounding it.

Al took to his official website to talk about how Gaga wanted to approve the song before it was released. Then, he wrote out the lyrics and showed them to her. Her handlers then said that she wanted to hear the actual song before giving it her official okay.

Afterward, Gaga said that she didn’t say all of those things and basically said that she was honored that he wanted to cover the song.
